Masters of Science in Food Technology for Industry – Distance Learning
This masters programme is aimed at anyone currently working in the food and drink manufacturing and processing industry, in the Technical, Quality and NPD areas. It provides the potential for knowledge expansion and development of vital skills for scientists and technologists allowing them to move into areas in which they wish to take their career.
It is an applied programme that is delivered entirely online. No presence is required with the university whilst completing the course as all assignments are submitted online. This course is ideal for the busy lifestyle of people working in the food industry and is also available to international students. Due to the applied nature of the course, students are required to be working in a food manufacturing or processing environment, or have access to one to use for assessment case studies.
